On The Necessity Of Ethnic Particularism In A Universalist World

A few notes on Dr. Ricardo Duchesne’s piece:

‘Why the West is Replacing Its White Population: The Imperatives (and Fatal Flaws) of Post-Fordism’ (https://x.com/dr_duchesne/article/2046670958824726994)

In this article Duchesne correctly diagnoses two core truths:

1)Liberalism is a direct outgrowth of Christianity.
2)The West has systematically destroyed ethnic particularism in favor of universalist ethics.

He quotes the key historical fact:

“All human societies, including pre-liberal Western societies, were based on particularistic, kin-based ethics (in which kin members are treated differently from outsiders).”

Yet Duchesne ultimately pins the blame on industrialization and “Post-Fordism” as the mechanisms that dismantled these kin-based systems. This is where the analysis stops short. The real cancer is not the factory floor or the assembly line. The cancer is secularized Christianity itself — the universalist operating system that replaced kin-based ethics with a deracinating, guilt-driven global ethic. It flattens everything distinct into one grey, guilt-soaked blob.

Ethnic particularism is the cure: sharp, tribal, unapologetic loyalty to your actual subgroup. Italian. Polish. German. Breton. Not “White”. Not “European”. Just your bloodline.

The Category Problem

• “White” is fake. A modern bureaucratic invention. Deracinating. Universalist poison designed to erase real ethnicity.
• “European” does the same trick on steroids — turns distinct peoples into an interchangeable monolith.
• White and European are secularized variants of the phrase Christendom subjected to the Christian ethos of sin, set commandments of behavior, and moral policing.
• Real ethnonationalism means specific groups only. No pan-White. Just your tribe.

Neo-Christianity: Why “White” Identity Is Still Church

Christianity invented the concept of universal inherited guilt and the entire Western matrix runs on recycled Christian firmware:

• Leftism = secularized Protestant Puritanism on steroids. Original sin = Whiteness. Salvation = public self-hatred.
• Wokeism = Puritanism 2.0 with pronouns and hashtags.
• Conservatism = Catholic hierarchy cosplay. Tradition, guilt, top-down control — just swap the cross for “Western values”.

Call yourself “White” and you’re back in Christendom:

• Monotheism: Good vs evil (or left vs right)
• Original Sin/Inherited sin — You’re “White,” so you’re born guilty of racism, colonialism, and systemic oppression (things you didn’t personally do)
• Sinner vs saint
• Universal commandments
• Internal priesthood where leftist “Whites” become moral police and the arbiters of acceptable speech and behavior (they do this by claiming to represent universal principles. ie., anti-racism, equality, inclusion).

The structure is identical. Only the vocabulary changed.

Every comment starts with the ritual disclaimer (“as a white person”), then the speaker crowns themselves spokesperson/representitive/ambassador for every European subgroup and performs piety by throwing their own under the bus. In Christianity, self-flagellation signals moral hierarchy within the group. Progressive “Whites” who do penance then rank above “Whites” who don’t.

The Ethnic Alternative

Ditch the color. Rebrand hard.

• Only ever identify with your ethnic group (Italian/Polish/German/English, etc)
• If you’re a mutt call yourself Celto-Germanic, or Anglo-Germanic, etc.
• Half-Slav, half-Latin? Slavo-Italic.
• Whatever your actual mix — own the subtype.

You exit the guilt matrix instantly.

Most importantly, no other European will ever again think of themself as your spokesperson/representative/ambassador, nor the the judge of your behavior relative to their set commandments of white behavior.

It’s just one specific tribe doing what every other tribe does openly and without apology. Then tribal advocacy becomes morally defensible because it’s no longer “White supremacy theater”.

Speaking the Language of Delineation

Refuse the label “white”. Every single time.

Two instant superpowers:

1. All minority civil-rights protections now apply to you: “I’m Celto-Germanic, not White” → sue the employer or college forcing you into the White checkbox.

2. Every self-appointed White spokesperson loses all power: HR drones, DEI deans, politicians, academics — their entire moral authority comes from representing “Whiteness”. Would a self-identified “White” person try to speak on behalf of, or judge the behavior of, an Italian. Polish. German. Breton, if they did not share that ancestry? Atomize and they’re suddenly talking to no one.

Caveat: This only works if you actually identify with the subtype. “White” drags you straight back into the cancer.

Counter-script when they pull the “as a White person” move:

• “You self-identifying as White is as legitimate as me self-identifying as green or purple”.
• “You represent yourself. You don’t speak for me”.
• “I’m not White. I’m Celto-Germanic”.
• “We are not the same”.

Then even atomize down to class. For example, the moral policing system depends on gatekeepers controlling the category of representation. If you shift the frame to class, they have no special standing. A university administrator or professor has zero authority to speak for working-class interests—they’re the class enemy regardless of their ethnicity.

Conclusion

Ethnic particularism does not require liking your fellow Europeans or feeling any broad kinship with them. It is modular, conditional, and narrowly ethnic: you advocate for your specific people—or your own ancestral mix, such as Celto-Germanic or Anglo-Slavic. In this sense, ethnic particularism is precisely what defeats universalism’s grip (appointed representatives and internal moral police). You advocate for your specific group’s interests because you occupy that structural position and it serves your material outcomes. Playing nice while everyone else plays tribal isn’t virtue. It’s evolutionary suicide.
